Unfortunately for the rest of the world, the beta is open only to American 360 owners—and only to those lucky few who get accepted.
So yea, head over to Halo3.com for a chance to get yourself into the beta for the most eagerly anticipated game on the horizon.

Uh guys, you messed up again..

Whereas the site you point people to, the Bungie Halo 3 site, says this:
“We also made mention of the Halo 3 Beta (coming some time in 2007) and folks panicked when they saw that a press release mentioned only the US. Don’t panic. The Halo 3 Beta will be available in the US, Europe and elsewhere in the world. We’ll keep you updated on the detailed specifics as they come in.”
