Meizu iPhone Clone Is Official

phone you should lust over is now official. According to sources inside Meizu, the M8 is in the pipeline and apparently Meizu wants to market it as an MP3 phone, but that’s sooo three years ago. Most of the specs that were rumored seem to hold water. It will be a 3.3-inch VGA touchscreen for GSM and TD-SCDMA networks. It will also supposedly run the latest version of Microsoft’s Windows for mobile devices, Windows CE 6.0.

No word on price or launch date so we’ll just keep this one on the back burner for now. Quite frankly I’m surprised we haven’t heard Apple crying foul on this, but then again it’s only been ‘official’ for a day or two. If the M8 does launch I may have to call in some favors over in HK.

Apple could do a darn thing about it because Apple took $300 millions investment from Microsoft when Steve Jobs took over the Apple as CEO again.
The deal was Apple terminates it’s non profitable Newton PDA and focus on other Apple products. In return, Microsoft continue MS Office for Mac OS.

No one knows if there’re expiration date on the devil deals. Obviously there was one. iPhone is an OS based PDA phone, therefore if Apple violated those secret agreement, Apple will lose it’s right to sue Microsoft copycatted the technological innovation. Microsoft is doing exactly that with it’s partner, making devices seems to work but lots of problems due to the rushes and lack of creativity talents except steal as Vista vs Linux/BSD/MacOS.

Imagine handheld device OS, improve little by little but nothing significant break through innovation during these lengthen period of time. Microsoft is a corporation care only how to rip you off by selling stolen innovation, borrowing technology, creativity talent killer, half working solution.

Do you know global wide softwares piracy culture was the Microsoft business strategy to capture market share from the beginning when DOS launched? It’s part of commercial psychological war based on human nature: not too many will take something is truly free, but will steal something is expensive for won gain. Linux and BSD are the best free open source OS out there didn’t really even capture 1/10 of the end user market share because it’s free while Microsoft repeatedly captured majority PC market OS after OS released. :)
