my blackberry 8120 desktop software manager installs but does not show the media manager tool. the progarm reve installed is BlackBerryDesktopManager_v4.3.0.17_English_Media_Mgr.exe
can you advise what could be wrong? I have no way of taking pictures off the camera memory onto my computer
